Deuce is one of my favorite places in the city, whether you are just stopping in on your way up the strip or are looking to sit down with a group of people with lots of sharing plates, the place is a must.

Deuce Bungalow has a great twist on mexican cuisine, the avacado flight is one of the most original mexican appetizers in the city. and the scallops are pretty hard to beat even at some of the best seafood places in Vancouver.

But just because this is a mexican place, don't let that steer you away from the filet mignon, wrapped in ham with roatsed garlic and potatos,you could just as easily be in any steakhouse in the city, trust me, you wont be disapointed.

The decor here is great, definitely some of my favorite in the city. The service has always been fast and you can always see the owner wandering around shaking hands and making sure everyone feels welcome.

I have tried almost everything on the menu and still haven't found anything I don't like, but my favorites are definitely the tortilla soup and the cilantro and lime calamari.

At night time be sure to make a reservation if you are there for food, because this place gets rammed wall to wall with some of Vancouver's most beautiful people and elite whether it be to dine or mingle and have pre drinks before the a night of serious debauchery.
